Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lukspeed (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

The Platform includes all Lukspeed websites, applications, dashboards, analytics engines (including FitAI), algorithms, visualizations, and data-processing tools.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Lukspeed is a cycling performance intelligence platform designed to:

• Analyze ride data (including .fit files and Strava activities)
• Estimate aerodynamic performance (e.g., estimated CdA)
• Generate efficiency, stability, and biomechanical metrics
• Compare configurations, fittings, and equipment
• Provide algorithmic recommendations (FitAI)
• Support both cyclists and professional fitters

Lukspeed provides informational insights only. It does not replace professional training, coaching, medical advice, or certified bike fitting.

3. Beta Program

If you are granted access to the Lukspeed Beta:

• Features are experimental and may change at any time
• Data accuracy is not guaranteed
• Service interruptions may occur
• You agree to provide feedback that Lukspeed may use internally
• Access may be suspended or revoked at Lukspeed's discretion

4. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account using email address, name, bike and fitting details, and optional integrations (e.g., Strava). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Data Sources and Integrations

By connecting external services (e.g., Strava), you authorize Lukspeed to access your activity data, store and process your ride files, convert and analyze performance metrics, and use metadata for insights and recommendations.

6. Data Accuracy & Limitations

Lukspeed generates estimates based on available data. These estimates:

• Are approximations, not exact measurements
• Depend on sensor quality and environmental conditions
• Cannot account for all biomechanical or aerodynamic variables
• May vary across devices or rides

Lukspeed is not responsible for decisions made based on its insights, including equipment purchases, position changes, or training modifications.

7. No Medical or Biomechanical Advice

The Platform is not intended to diagnose, prevent, or treat injuries or medical conditions. Insights generated by the Platform do not replace advice from certified bicycle fitters, coaches, medical professionals, or biomechanics experts.

You assume all risks associated with physical adjustments or training decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

Lukspeed owns all rights to the Platform and its software, algorithms and machine-learning models (including FitAI), data models, visualizations, dashboards, and branding.

You retain ownership of your personal data, including ride files and bike fit information. By using the Platform, you grant Lukspeed a license to process your data to deliver the service, improve algorithms and product features, and use anonymized, aggregated data for research and analytics.

Lukspeed will never sell your personal data.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Lukspeed disclaims all warranties, including accuracy of metrics or estimates, improvements in cycling performance, continuous or error-free service, and compatibility with third-party devices or platforms.

Lukspeed is not liable for injuries or equipment damage resulting from bike adjustments, training decisions based on insights, incorrect or incomplete user data, loss of data or service interruptions, or third-party service failures.

10. Changes to Terms

Lukspeed may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
